The first season of the Marvel Studios television series Loki premiered on Disney+ on June 9, 2021. The season ran for six episodes until July 14, 2021. It received positive reviews, especially for the cast's performances, musical score, and visuals.
Loki is based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. The season takes place after the events of Avengers: Endgame. In the season, Loki (Tom Hiddleston) is brought to the Time Variance Authority after stealing the Tesseract. He is forced to help catch a dangerous variant version of himself.
