Life After Life is a 2013 novel by Kate Atkinson. It follows Ursula Todd, a woman who is born and dies repeatedly in 1910. 

 In each life, Ursula faces different choices and situations that could change history. 

 The book's themes include life, reincarnation, and alternate possibilities. 

In the book, Ursula is born on February 11, 1910. Each chapter describes an alternative path that Ursula's life could take, ending with her death. Sometimes Ursula becomes obsessed with changing the outcome of her life and her family's lives. 

In the final chapter, Ursula is reborn and lives to the point where Teddy's plane is shot down. However, this time he survives. Ursula returns to Germany to try to assassinate Adolf Hitler. 

Life After Life was adapted into a British television series in 2022.
